AutoPlay Service Pipeline for iOS
The AutoPlay Service Pipeline for iOS is designed to help service departments improve communication and transparency with their customers. It provides Service Advisors with the ability to upsell to their customers via email communication, commented photos and video.
Features include:
- Check In process allowing the Service department to record the condition of the vehicle prior to any service work
- Specialised Loan Car Form allowing the dealership to record where their loan vehicle are at any time
- Ability to take photos, add comments and quote costs for additional work required
- Ability to take videos detailing additional work recommended
- Triggers an email to the customer allowing them to accept or decline the additional work online
- Ability to receive/send Service Work Requests from DMS providers
